Training and Development for Quality and Operational Efficiency
This research line welcomes doctoral projects focused on the design and evaluation of training programmes to enhance organizational performance in the areas of quality management, production and operations. Potential topics include the application of Agile, Lean and Quick Response Manufacturing strategies, the development of work time organization skills, and the implementation of advanced training for operations and production management professionals. Research may also explore the impact of these programmes on workforce productivity, organizational competitiveness, and the alignment of training with strategic business goals.
